Registration Fee

The  fee covers program materials, refreshment breaks, continental breakfast and lunch. The dinner is optional.

$ 160 – Registration Fee by Sunday, May 15th, 2019.

How to register

You can register by filling the followed electronic form or for a special reason by email to the organizing committee.

Please let us know if you cannot pay with a credit card. We will send you a detailed bank account information for wire transfer.

Confirmation

The organization committee will confirm your registration. You will be alerted promptly of any changes.

Refunds

If your request to withdraw is received by Sunday, June 26, we can issue a partial refund. Send your written request by email to the organization commitee. A $15 administrative fee will be charged for each withdrawal.
